We firmly denounce all forms of discrimination, including racism, and affirm our dedication to promoting diversity and eradicating bias in every facet of our operations. We would like to emphasise that the Centre reserves the right to take appropriate actions as and when necessary to ensure that our commitment to non-discrimination and anti-racism is upheld. By unequivocally rejecting discrimination and racism in all their forms, we embody our core values and work towards building a brighter future for everyone.

At Al-Majd Pathways Centre (APC), we value the services we provide and believe in fair compensation for the value delivered. To maintain the sustainability of our operations and to ensure the continuity of our services, we have implemented a strict policy for ensuring payment when clients fail to pay for the services they have received. This policy outlines the steps we will take to collect payments owed to us.

Payment Terms and Reminders

Clients will receive clear and detailed payment terms before availing any service at Al-Majd Pathways Centre (APC). These terms will include the payment amount, due date, and accepted payment methods.

We will provide reminders to clients regarding upcoming or overdue payments through appropriate communication channels, such as emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, or official letters.

Payments are to be made within 14 days of issuing an invoice.

Late Payment Penalties

In the event of a late payment, the client will be notified in the first reminder, and a penalty fee will be applied to the outstanding balance as per the initial payment terms provided.

The late payment penalty is a fixed percentage of the overdue amount, calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment.

For each week of delay in payment, the client will be required to pay an additional 10% of the outstanding amount.

Please note that this information is readily available on our website, where you can find detailed payment terms and conditions.

Debt Collection Procedures

If a client fails to make a payment within the specified grace period or after receiving reminders, Al-Majd Pathways Centre (APC) will initiate debt collection procedures.

Debt collection may involve employing the services of a collection agency or legal action, which may result in additional fees and costs borne by the client.

Dispute Resolution

If a client disputes the payment claim, they must provide valid reasons and evidence supporting their position.

Al-Majd Pathways Centre (APC) will thoroughly investigate any payment disputes and make fair and reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably.

Account Suspension and Legal Action

In the event of a late payment, the client will be notified in the first reminder, and a penalty fee will be applied to the outstanding balance as per the initial payment terms provided. Failure to make payments within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of access to our services until the outstanding amount is settled.

In cases of persistent non-payment or refusal to cooperate, we will pursue appropriate actions to recover the unpaid fees. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover the unpaid fees, both within the UK and in other countries. This includes filing a lawsuit to collect the debt. Such actions could result in additional costs and consequences for the delinquent party.

All pertinent details regarding payment terms, including late payment penalties, can be found on our website for your convenience. We believe in conducting our business fairly and professionally, and we expect our clients to fulfil their financial obligations promptly.

Modification of Payment Policy

Al-Majd Pathways Centre (APC) reserves the right to modify this payment policy at any time, with appropriate notice given to all clients.

Clients will be provided with the updated payment policy and are expected to adhere to the new terms.
